Terms and Conditions
Orders:
- Please note that payment secures the order.
- Once the order has been placed, there is a two-day grace period in which to cancel the order.
- If cancellation is done within the two-day grace period, your payment will be refunded in full.
- Kindly note, standard lead time is 14 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Rush orders are subject to an extra charge and capacity.
Returns:
- Angie Joan item/s, may be returned within seven (7) working days at your own cost. Please note that the item/s would need to be in the same condition in which you received them.
- If the item/s are not received within seven (7) working days, a refund will not be issued.
